Biological Waste Water Treatment

With the option of in-house or local partners, specialist biological treatment centres offer a variety of treatment options, including full biological and anaerobic digestion.

Domestic and non-hazardous liquid wastes are treated to remove solids with biological treatment to remove carbonaceous matter and ammonia.

Effluents can be blended with bio-solids from aerobic treatment to produce a cost effective treatment for high COD wastes. This mixture is broken down biologically to produce methane that is burnt on-site for power generation.
