2008 We acquired Dinnington Waste Recycling Centre in Sheffield  to further consolidate our presence in the UK market

2009 Acquisition of Pyros Limited a hazardous waste incineration plant in Fawley, Southampton

2010 Acquisition of Britcare Limited a company that provides collection and disposal services for clinical waste

2011 Tradebe form an Industrial Services Division as part of the Willacy Oils business
